CC Updates (4/13): Virtual Chair Training Follow Up & Announcements for Future Virtual CC Events

Also - we wanted to flag a couple of important changes to the virtual event calendar for Chapter Chairs:

1) Due to its proximity to the forum, we will be cancelling the June Town Hall. Our next town hall will take place on September 28th, 12 - 1 pm ET.

2) Moving forward, we will no longer be recording our virtual Chair trainings, so we can provide an open forum for discussion for all Chapter Chairs. We will distribute any slides and other materials after the trainings, as we have in the past.

3) In an effort to manage your calendars better, please note that we will not be sending out any calendar invitations for Chapter Chair events moving forward. Anything currently on your calendar will not be removed.

As we grow, this is an important change we need to make to streamline communications, and we appreciate your cooperation with this transition. We will have one location to find all Chapter Chair events, within Chapter Chair Hub. From here, you can follow the below instructions to add any Chapter Chair event to your own calendars:

• Click HERE to access all Chapter Chair events.
• Locate the event you wish to add to your calendar (they are listed in order of most recent).
• Click on "View Event Details".
• On the popout, click "Add to Calendar" and select the calendar type you use
  • *Please note you should select "Microsoft 365" if you use an older version of Outlook.
• You will then be taken to your calendar's respective event creation page to complete setup in your own systems.
