Follow-Up

• 2025-2026 Event Calendar for Chapter Chairs
  • A summary of all events for the next 15 months has been posted HERE, to better help give an overview of dates for Chapter Chairs from Head Office.
• WPO 2025 Annual Evaluation - Deadline: October 31, 2025
  • The 2025 evaluations are live and have been sent to your members! We appreciate you encouraging your members to fill this out. If you recently had a 6-month or 1-year anniversary survey, your chapter will not receive an evaluation.

• Regional Leads
  • Regional Leads will officially launch in Q1 2026, we will send out the Regional Lead Role Description and accompanying application later this month.
• Forum Expenses Update
  • Starting in 2026 for chapters with 9 or fewer members, the organization will not reimburse Chairs for travel-related or hotel costs for the Forum, in order to promote financial viability within chapters. If you have more than one chapter and one of these chapters is above 10 members, this does not apply to your expenses. More information will be sent as we start disseminating Forum logistics instructions.
• Member Payment Update - Effective November 2025
  • Renewals: Starting with November 2025 renewals, we will be billing members 30 days out from the payment due date. As an example, on October 1st, November renewal invoices were sent to members, and they will have until November 1st to submit payment.
  • New Members: Starting with new members joining November 2025, they will be issued full year invoices and will subsequently renew on their "starting" month in future years. We will no longer pro-rate new member invoices based on chapter renewal months.
  • Member Transfers: Starting with chapter transfers effective November 2025, transferring members will retain a renewal cycle based on their prior chapter's renewal month, and will continue to renew on this month for subsequent years, even though they have switched chapters.
