NEW: WPO Chapter Chair Training Series

Three focused 90-minute virtual sessions designed to support both new and experienced Chapter Chairs. Each module strengthens core Chair capabilities, reinforces the WPO model, and provides practical tools you can apply immediately.

WPO VALUES & BRANDING: This session goes beyond logos and language. We’ll explore how WPO’s brand and values act as practical tools for decision-making, facilitation, and member alignment.

Who should attend:
• New Chairs building confidence in the WPO model
• Experienced Chairs looking to recalibrate brand and values in daily practice

You will leave with:
• Clear ways to operationalize WPO values in real facilitation moments
• A sharper lens for assessing member and prospect alignment

RECRUITMENT: Recruiting is not a one-time push, it’s an ongoing leadership practice. This session reframes recruiting as a repeatable system that fits alongside a full-time role. We’ll share proven prospecting approaches and explore how to involve members without creating pressure or burnout.

Who should attend:
• Chairs actively building or rebuilding a chapter
• Seasoned Chairs seeking fresh ideas or more consistent recruiting momentum

You will leave with:
• Practical prospecting strategies that work at different chapter stages
• A realistic recruiting rhythm you can sustain over time

NORMS & FIRST MEETINGS: Early meetings do more than launch a chapter, they set behavioral expectations that last for years. This session focuses on how Chairs intentionally establish norms and psychological safety from the very first meeting. We’ll explore what to name, when to intervene, and how to course-correct when early patterns drift.

Who should attend:
• New Chairs preparing for their first meetings
• Experienced Chairs inheriting, merging, or resetting a chapter

You will leave with:
• Language and tools for establishing strong norms from day one
• Greater confidence in shaping group dynamics early and effectively
