3: Sponsorship: can have a vendor sponsor a speaker for a meeting and can have a member foundation sponsor the meeting room costs
4: Harvard SPARK: such a great tool to use for topics at the monthly meetings. We will take a look at the tool at the May13th meeting. Members have access to all of Harvard Publication website as a member benefit. Access the tool from the WPO login page. Meet a separate password for sign on.
5: Shared the speaker survey with Cathy Crosky and Theresa Marangas and will be planning a virtual 4 chapter speaker on Customer Experience.
6: July meeting will have a member check-in topic for Start, Stop and Continue review for August to January meeting impact
7: We have inventory for May and June meeting snacks (protein bars & nuts) The water, coffee and tea are all available in the Wellspring room.
