The WPO Forum is wrapping up. It’s been a great couple of days of connection and sharing in a gorgeous location. Kim Scott’s session was the highlight - I’d recommend viewing her TED talk on Radical Candor if you haven’t already.

Format:
Our meeting will include a check-in, deep dive on a business challenge, and follow-up from previous discussions. Please give some thought to your priorities, and bring forth the most significant issues you'd like to address with the group. If you haven't had a chance to share a challenge with the group recently, this is a great opportunity to benefit from the groups' insights.
