The meeting will be divided into two sections : Roundtable and Flywheel, Part 2.
1.Per your request, we will start with 3-minute timed check-ins. We will then rank them and do roundtable(s) for the important and urgent ones. Please think about specific issues for your check-in that lend themselves to a roundtable exercise.
2. We will follow up on our conversation about flywheels. Some of you (Lucie, Robin Sax, Robin Shaw, Renee )have not yet done a flywheel. The instructions are all in the June agenda on the portal. Everyone thought this was a very worthwhile exercise so I encourage you to do a flywheel and share it with us at the meeting.
Some of you were going to fine-tune your flywheels and others were go back to your teams and get them to do flywheels. Please share with us any updates you have.
