It was nice to have several members re-engage with us tonight - Kelly, Andrea, Cinta, Joyce. We've missed you and welcome you back.
Our focus tonight was on Business Transformation. Tanis shared her insights and lessons learned over the past 2 years as she led transformational change. We were inspired by her experiences, and had a good discussion about how key learnings applied to the various businesses around the table.
We committed to hold each other accountable for taking action on intentions discussed in our meetings and will build this into check-in rounds.
We continued to develop plans for our upcoming Holiday Celebration (Dec) and Retreat (Feb). More info to follow on both.
