Follow-up from August and Actions Before September Meeting

Hello everyone,

A big thank you to Krista for hosting such a fun retreat at her beautiful home in August. It was so nice to have more time together, to visit, to have fun, and of course, to learn and support each other. Krista, your leadership and the role you play in our chapter is so appreciated!

Yamilca Rodriguez (WPO Louisville KY) led an inspiring workshop focused on Personal Branding. Yamilca challenged us all to think more deeply about our life's work and to explore how an understanding of archetypes can help us bring forward our full selves for greater impact. Her work is deeply grounded in expertise in marketing and psychology, and provocative. I am still contemplating the questions that Yamilca posed in the workshop and workbook, and hope you are too.

Our next meeting will be in-person on Thursday Sept 11th from 4-7 pm at Nob Hill Compass. I've arranged for Yamilca to be my sub for the meeting as I will be traveling in Africa. Yamilca will join by Zoom and facilitate the first two hours of the meeting, including the check-in, and a roundtable focused on next steps re: personal branding. For the last hour, you can enjoy dinner together and process any real-time issues. Mela will provide meeting support as always (thank you Mela!). If needed, Mela can be reached at 415 244 4088.

In preparation for the meeting, please consider the following questions:

1. “Since our session on personal branding, what new insights or realizations have come up for you about your own brand?”

2. “What specific action steps are you taking (or planning to take) to implement these insights so you can amplify your impact as a leader or entrepreneur?”

For those who were unable to join us in August, Yamilca has offered a complementary 30 minute 1-1 session with each of you where she can help you assess your archetype and bring you up-to-speed on the discussion to date. I know you'll enjoy meeting another WPO sister. This is encouraged, but not required, to gain value from the September meeting.

Have a wonderful meeting, and I'll see you all in October!

My best,

Teri
