Earlier this year, Camille Burns shared the news that we have moved away from Edward Lowe. At the town hall on Dec. 3rd, we announced that we are developing our own WPO model to ensure consistency across chapters and deliver on the brand promise of high-value meetings that promote member trust, vulnerability, and growth.

We successfully piloted the new material with a new Chair cohort in October. Now, we would love to continue test-driving the new model and materials with any Chairs who are interested.  

Please attend the virtual Chair training on January 23 (this should already be in your calendars - please contact me if you do not have this! 😊) to review the new model and explore the opportunity to beta-test the materials with your chapters.

Agenda for Jan 23:

• Review new materials – Member Share Form & Presentation Guide.
• Appreciate the founding principles of the meeting model – fostering trust, vulnerability and growth.
• Brainstorming session to gather ideas for naming our model and the tool kit (if time allows).

Our meetings model is built on the following key components:

1. Updates: Members providing rich, holistic, and concise updates, with a focus on impact, significance and emotions (aim to steer away from detailed story telling).
2. Inquiry: Asking great questions – encouraging deep curiosity, expansive thinking, and avoiding advice disguised as a question.
3. Experience Share: Sharing valuable experiences, lessons learned and resources (no advice giving).
4. Accountability: Embedding accountability for specific monthly targets and goals.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not yet validated by the legal team. This is a work in progress and there could be new iterations as we make progress towards making this uniquely our own. Keep this in mind before you decide to roll this out to your chapters.

We recently sent out two requests to you all, as we wrap up the 2024 year:

• 2024 Invoices
• Please send all 2024 Chapter Chair invoices for processing before the end of the year, either to wpoaccoutning@bill.com or through your established Bill.com accounts.
• 2024 Local Host Survey
• Please complete this survey (1 per chapter) regarding your local host(s) for your chapter(s) by end of day, January 15th, 2025.
