Finding the Gift in Conflict - Facilitated by Priya Nalkur, Ed.D., President, The RoundTable Institute

Most leaders try to manage or avoid conflict. But handled well, conflict is often where the most important insights live.

In this interactive session, we invite participants to see conflict not as disruption, but as valuable data about what a group truly needs. Chairs will learn how to “lower the waterline”— surfacing unspoken dynamics, naming tensions with care, and guiding conversations that lead to deeper trust and wiser decisions. Through reflection, discussion, and live practice, WPO facilitators will explore practical tools for navigating difficult moments with courage, curiosity, and compassion. When conflict is engaged skillfully, it becomes a catalyst for stronger relationships, clearer thinking, and more powerful leadership.
