  • This new success path is designed for Chairs incoming to WPO to navigate the onboarding process and getting set up for success.

Chair Training, Feb 26: How We Influence, Recruit & Grow with Data with Jennifer Lahey (Predictive Index)

We are excited to announce the content for our upcoming Chair Training on Feb. 26th, 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm (Eastern Time). Join WPO & Jennifer Lahey, Managing Principal with Predictive Index, for a highly interactive session on how Chairs can use Predictive Index to better understand how people decide, what truly motivates them, and where friction naturally shows up in groups - especially with chapters!

This session goes beyond individual personalities. We will look at:

• Designing and understanding your chapter as a system
• How different motivational needs show up in meetings, recruiting conversations, and leadership moments
• Why some conversations feel effortless and others quietly stall or drain energy
• How the same message can land very differently depending on someone's drives
• Where unspoken friction in chapters comes from and how to reduce it without forcing alignment

Important: You completed the Predictive Index as a Chapter Chair either before a prior WPO Training or when you started as a Chair. You will need this in order to attend. If you cannot locate this and wish to attend, please contact me to receive this before February 26th.
