RETREAT 2024 bookings for Morgan Bay 16 to 20 October are now open.

Please carefully read the infomation below. At the end of this whatsapp is a link which will direct you to a google sheet. 

A hotel layout is available for your convenience. Please scroll through all the room categories provided before you make your choice. There is a link on the local website www.wposouthafrica.com called Retreat 2024, which has bigger room category images: https://www.wposouthafrica.com/reserve-your-room

Rooms that are available have a floor plan denoted on the google sheet, under each room category, and can be viewed by pressing the link under each category. (Google sheet link at the bottom of this whatsapp).

What the retreat price is and how to calculate your amount:

The pricing is in 3 categories:

Accommodation 

Flights

Conference and retreat activities

1.⁠ ⁠Accommodation:

Your choice of accommodation is for FOUR nights and includes dinner bed and breakfast AND includes VAT.

For payment, add your accommodation choice total to the 2 amounts from No 2 (flights) and 3 (conference and retreat activities) below. 

☆ Note ☆ If you are choosing a twin room and do not have a roommate confirmed, type 'to be confirmed' where the document requests your roommate name.

2.⁠ ⁠Return flights from CPT/EL/CPT or JHB/EL/JHB: (options on google sheet under retreat questionnaire)

If you choose a flight, add this amount to the amount from No 1 above and to the amount from No 3 below.

Group flights are as follows and can be chosen when completing the retreat questionnaire, which is on the google sheet.

Cape Town:

Departure 16 October: 13.00

Return 20 October 8.50 am

Price: R3190 00

Johannesburg:

Departure 16 October: 11.30 am

Return 20 October: 9.45 am

Price: R2240

 ☆ note ☆ flights are priced based on a group booking of 25 from each city. We are unable to hold 2 bookings with Safair from 1 city on the same day. If the return flight on Sunday is not suitable for you, kindly book your own flight and transfers.

3.⁠ ⁠Conferencing and retreat activities:

All members attending the retreat will pay this amount. It is not optional.

What is optional is paying the amount for No 3 (conferencing and retreat) by 31 May 2024. 

Accommodation ( No 1) and flights (No 2) are payable by Wednesday 10 April latest. 

If you choose to pay all 3 amounts together, add all amounts from No 1, 2 and 3.

If you choose to pay only accommodation and flights by Wednesday 10 April, please add No 1 and 2 together.

Note that you will only recieved an invoice when your full amount is paid.
