Gabrielle is the Co-Founder of the Relativ Group (serving clients in over 45 countries and with offices in South Africa, Canada, and New Zealand) and a specialist in Impact Management. Gabrielle has been working across the social investment continuum for over fifteen years, since completing her Master’s in Development Studies at the University of Cape Town. Gabrielle has been involved in each aspect of the life cycle of benefit-driven organizations, the investors that support them, and the contexts in which they operate to enhance innovative and sustainable solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges. Gabrielle has played leading roles in a number of pioneering organisations and projects across the clients and markets Relativ serves.
Gabrielle’s work has included areas such as impact strategy (including Theory of Change), impact management and measurement; capability design and integration into organisations and teams; research and analysis; government policy co-creation and design; impact due diligence, evaluation and verification of social and impact investments; deployment and management of impact capital; strategic and product development and planning; Executive education and training; enterprise development and social business incubation and innovation.
