2024 Retreat

Ladies,
I wanted to start the conversation about a 2024 retreat, and would love to start getting some ideas and candid feedback about locations, objectives, agendas, etc.
Things to decide:
- What months/weeks/weekends are most ideal for everyone. It would be great to ensure everyone can attend this time!
- What setting is most interesting - a resort, a rental property (properties)
- Do we want to fly somewhere or be within driving distance
- What do you need or want to get out of the retreat this year? We have a budget for education/speakers based on topics of interest
Thoughts from me:
- The feedback I received last year was that being in one house, in a more contained setting, was nice. It allowed more time for unplanned connection, vs being on a tight agenda and in a constant state of learning/being on
- WPO does receive discounts at Canyon Ranch (Mass, or AZ locations) - last time I checked the pricing was somewhere around $1000 per night, but included a private room, all meals, access to lots of activities (mostly wellness themed), and a spa credit of $200/day. This could be an interesting option for a two night experience? Knowing that flights are an added expense.

I was sick last year so I would love not to miss this time. A location like Hocking Hills that we can drive to or a place like Canyon Ranch that would require flying both for work me. I do have a big trip this year to Vietnam 8/21-9/11 but I am flexible outside of those dates. I lean on the group for specifics as I will be content either way.
