It’s starting with a three-day Fellowship: Masterclass a powerful and transformative three-day, hands on experience followed by a 12-month coaching community. This one-year program is designed to equip and enable you and your team with the knowledge and tools to transform workplace culture and learn from each other.
From November 3-5, 2025, this community of senior leaders will gather in beautiful Lake Geneva, WI at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa, close to both Chicago and Milwaukee airports, to learn from Culture Pioneers, participate in candid peer dialogues, and engage in collaborative working sessions at the nearby, scenic MaryBud Farm (with an option to partake in leadership building exercises with the farm’s horses). Masterclass registration includes the three-day event at the Grand Geneva, your lodging (while available) and food there for three nights, plus four virtual events in 2026 and access to a 12-month virtual peer-to-peer coaching community, to support and learn from each other as you implement an individualized culture roadmap built during the Masterclass.
As a sponsor of the event, we’re able to extend a special friend of the firm-only rate of $5,800 (a 20% discount) using the code GAGEN.
