Format:
We'll follow our typical format including a check-in (worksheet attached to this email), deep dive on 1-2 business challenges, and follow-up from our August discussions (Nina, Kelsea), and our July workshop with Caryn Kopp. In addition, Molly and Katrina will share key insights from their research on followership.
Please give some thought to your priorities, and bring forth the most significant issues you'd like to address with the group. If you haven't had a chance to share a challenge with the group recently, this is a great opportunity to benefit from the groups' insights.
