Town Hall Update Highlight Summary:

Membership

• We are continuing to phase out renewal months, as announced last fall. There is no more prorating of new membership invoices and all new members pay for a full year upfront.
• Individual member renewal months are visible in the chapter member directory in your portal.

Facilitation Fees

• We are working toward automating payment for monthly facilitation fees, based on membership count.
• Chairs would only need to invoice for expenses. This is still in progress and we will keep you updated as we develop timelines.

March Promotion

• For members joining for the months of March 2026 and April 2026, they will receive 40% off their initiation fee - to celebrate Women's History Month!
• Applications must be submitted within the month of March 2026.

Organizational Growth

• US membership priority is growth, working closely with Region Leads to achieve our goal of 15+ members per chapter
• Canadian membership goals remain strengthening connectivity nationwide, and this year marks 25 years in Canada!
• We are seeing significant global growth planned in 2026, with a focus on Europe, Latin America and Africa.
• For sponsorship, we are continuing to work with Beyond Booth and beginning to see traction. Please support and engage with our sponsors at EEF!

Canadian Connect

• First Canadian Summit will be Oct 1-2, 2026 in Calgary, AB. This is open to all members and more details are forthcoming.

• Valeria Rodríguez-Codina – Language Ambassador, Iberia & Latin America
• Virginie Audet – Language Ambassador, French Chapters

4th Annual Global Summit

• We just completed a successful event in Cape Town and have plans underway to continue to 2027.

Region Leads & New CC Orientation

• Regional Leads attended New CC Orientation in January 2026, along with 8 other new Chapter Chairs
• Another New CC Orientation is planned for July 2026, and an international orientation in Portugal in September 2026.

Forum Updates

• Forum is two full days: May 7 - 8.
• May 6: Both Platinum Summit and CC Training
• Keynotes: Dory Clark, Kim Scott, Charles Duhigg (more info forthcoming!)
