Hello Chapter Chairs!
We are excited to share that we have updated the WPO PeerView™ materials – now with the trademark symbol, as we progress with our IP filings. Please begin using these updated materials in your monthly meetings moving forward. Please find them in the resources section of Chapter Chair Hub HERE.
A few key updates and opportunities:
- Use of the ™ symbol:
- WPO has elected to use the ™ symbol to put the world on notice that we are claiming PeerView as our trademark. The ™ symbol can be used whether or not a trademark application has been filed, and we encourage you to include it whenever you reference WPO PeerView™.
- Virtual WPO PeerView™ Trainings:
- We have two upcoming virtual trainings on WPO PeerView™. This is a great opportunity for anyone who attended the May training at the EEF to have a refresher. We have a limited number of seats available for Chapter Chairs. These are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis so please email me directly if you’d like to reserve a seat in either session listed below.

- November 13, 12 – 3pm ET
- Branded Pieces for WPO PeerView™
- We are also developing branded pieces for WPO PeerView, which will be designed to help support you in the dissemention of the new process. These will initially be available as digital documents, with the intention of providing you all with printed pieces in the future.

- Dawn O’Connor is also happy to join any Chapter Chair pod meetings to answer questions about WPO PeerView™ and it’s implementation in your chapters. You can reach her directly at dawn@dawnoconnor.ca.
