Our next meeting is Thursday July 11th at Nob Hill Compasss. A big thanks to Victoria and Mela for hosting us in their beautiful office space.

To prepare for our discussion, please consider the following:

• How do you convert a prospect to a customer in your business?
• Who is responsible for sales in your company?
• Do you have a sales process that is well-defined and documented?
• How do you determine if your sales process is effective?
• Do you have initiatives underway to improve your sales process?

Address is 1177 California Street, SF. Please arrive early to park and get settled, as we will begin at 4:00 pm. Underground parking is accessible via Jones Street (the first driveway on the left heading downhill).
