Happy fall! I hope you are all well, enjoying the change of pace that fall brings, and that your businesses are thriving. I look forward to catching up with you at our meeting next week.
We'll get back into our new format, using the WPO PeerView™ process to identify and address your most important issues. Please give some thought to your priorities, and bring forth the most significant issues you'd like to address with the group. If you haven't had a chance to share a challenge with the group recently, this is a great opportunity to benefit from the groups' wisdom and insights.
For those who have shared a challenge with the group in recent months, we'd love to hear an update about key insights, actions you took, results, and impact. Some questions to consider:
- What resonated with you from the discussion?
- What actions did you take to make progress on the challenge you shared?
- What was particularly successful (or not) related to this challenge?
