WPO COS Members,

We have agreed on our 2025 retreat at Teneral Cellars, a WPO woman-owned winery with a six-room inn with conference facilities on site. We discussed a Thursday through Sunday stay but half of our group preferred Friday through Sunday, so that's what I'm planning. As we get closer we can decide on a shared car rental from Sacramento.


Trying to make it simpler for you and for Russ to reserve these rooms, giving the smaller suites to the single and splitting the larger suites (remember, when we voted on this location, we all agreed we don't mind that ALL THE ROOMS ARE KINGS).

Some activities we can add (and we can use the WPO $1,000 stipend for any of these):

Wine pairing/dinner on site for $250 pp

Vineyard tour for $500 ($50pp)

Custom Yoga by Donna (Master, Holy Yoga Instructor)


In terms of programming, we can ask Cristi to lead us in the Mentally Strong Method or we can use Donna's Life Strategy Design teaching using winemaking as a metaphor for the inner development of a leader (and save MSM for France in 2026 when we'll have more people there.)

I just spoke to Russ. They are in the process of changing to a new reservation system. Looks like Robin and I are in the Tuscany Room. He took my card and will charge me one night, when Robin calls he will take her card and charge her one night and once we are all there we can settle up and he can split the 3rd night. He was very nice. Hope that helps for anyone else who still has to call.

Russ apologizes that he is not always available when we call. He's going to return a few calls today and give me a list of those he still needs to connect with. I'll give him numbers so we can put the ownership on him. If you don't contact me with a preferred roommate, I'll assign them randomly.
