We have grown faster than our Wharehouse and Inventory team could keep up with and so many best practices and processes were lost or dropped as new staff tried to keep up with loading trucks and putting away incoming material.
Any resources or consultants to get back to basics and running smoothly in that one department, which is so critical for a manufacturer like me.
We make baked goods and snacks in Toronto, Canada.
