I'm looking forward to seeing you at our meeting next week. Here are the logistics:

- Underground parking is accessible via Jones St (the first driveway on the left heading downhill).
- Victoria's Assistant Mela will be there to direct you to designated parking spots from 3:30-3:55. Or you can reach her at: 415-244-4088
As requested during our February retreat, we will begin the meeting promptly at 4 pm. Please plan to arrive early to grab a snack, settle in, and jot down notes for the check-in exercise. I've also attached the check-in form if you'd like to complete this before you arrive.
In addition to our typical check-in and real-time business roundtable, we will also have a sharing session focused on Adopting AI. Please come prepared to share your approach with the group. Everyone will have up to 5 minutes to share. This will give you a rich overview, from which you can follow-up offline and 1-1. Here are some questions to consider as you prepare:
- What opportunities do you see for AI to transform your business?
- How are you using AI in your business today?
- What challenges are you facing with regards to AI adoption?
- How are you facing these challenges?
