Thanks to Molly and Juliana for bringing forth business challenges for our business roundtable discussions. Everyone jumped in with meaningful questions and insights. It's always so interesting to see how delving into a specific business challenge yields insights that can apply more broadly. Nicely done!
I'm excited for our November meeting. Katrina and the team from KNow Research will lead a panel focused on GenZ in the workplace. Tonight we brainstormed questions for the panel, which will explore topics around workplace expectations, aspirations, norms, and attitudes with "early career" professionals (~22-30 years). Plus, we get to experience firsthand the qualitative research process that Katrina and team bring to the market. I hope you will all make this session a priority.
And now, some tactics: December is renewal month for WPO membership. You should have already received your renewal information from WPO HQ. Molly will be sending information about our chapter assessment for 2025. Please give both your prompt attention. We have a very special holiday celebration planned on December 5th - at Lisa Says Gah! boutique and Liholiho. I hope you all can make it, though if not, let me know ASAP and no later than our November meeting.
