Hi all,
In our meeting tonight, we continued to build upon ideas and practices from our February retreat, bringing everyone into the discussion so we can move forward together, and with clear intent. The theme was around how we can "take it to the next level" by deepening our understanding of each others' businesses, 2024 focus, and being explicit about what we need from each other. Specifically, we covered:
* Business Snapshots - shared by Juliana, Cinta, and Tanis
* Small group sharing of 2024 Goals, Leadership implications, and needs
* Roundtable focused on mining customer data for drive revenue growth
* Discussion of practices to Continue, Stop, and Start (see attached)
In our upcoming meetings, we will continue with our Check-in and Roundtables, and add a Workshop component to share practices and ideas around specific topics or components of the "Entrepreneurial Operating System". We selected the following themes for upcoming workshops:
* Optimizing impact - how a focus on labor utilization can drive culture, performance, and outcomes (April)
* Metrics that matter - what we measure and why, and how to use data and insights to drive performance (May)
* Talent strategy - a holistic approach to managing talent for short and long term success (June)
Lastly, we are continuing to build out our calendar for 2024, and will be asking for volunteers to help define and plan these events:
* Site Visit - hosted by Juliana, details TBD
* August offsite - business and social, location and timing TBD
* December holiday celebration - planning team TBD
