We are delighted to invite you to El Encuentro, an exclusive journey of authentic leadership and self-awareness.
In partnership with IE University, Center for Health and Wellbeing, the 2025 edition will gather a cohort of up to 25 business leaders from around the world (men and women) and will take place in the Camino de Santiago, Portuguese Way.
We´ll be doing the Portuguese Coastal Way, from June 1st to June 7th, covering between 50 to 60 miles in a 7-day-journey.
