Chapter Retreat in France September 19-26,2026
Our WPO COS Chapter is going to France partnering with Traverse Journeys founder Ashley Blake on a Private Retreat in the southwestern foothills of the French Pyrenees. The aim for this trip is personal restoration with daily movement, connection with nature, and a chance to establish a more peaceful life rhythm in an idyllic French countryside château setting. We'll discover quaint French villages, stroll through traditional French markets and discover Ariégeoise craftsmanship, and explore medieval ruins.
The full agenda will be finalized in the Spring, but here is a glimpse of what you can expect. Every day we'll be start with optional Selah Yoga, sprinkling in workshops on The Whole CEO and living Mentally Strong. We'll also take a French cooking class, participate in a workshop about the historically famous medieval art of dying fabrics with the local pastel plant and enjoy fresh, local and seasonal French cuisine. You’ll also have numerous optional activity add-ons such as a wine, chocolate and pastry tour, e-bikes, massages, and a long day hike.
