2025 50Fastest/Women2Watch

The 2025 50 Fastest Growing Women Owned/Led Companies application form is open! This list is a celebration of the resilience and unparalleled impact women leaders bring to the global economy.

We could use your help in getting applications for this year's list. While the list is open to both members and non-members, members must apply for the 50 Fastest in order to be on the Women2Watch list released later in the year. The application deadline is February 17, 2025.

2025 Mary Lehman MacLachlan Award

We also encourage you and your members to complete nominations for the 2025 Mary Lehman MacLachlan Award. This annual award recognizes one WPO member who exemplifies the standing qualities of Mary Lehman MacLachlan and has demonstrated leadership, ownership, and economic independence in their professional career.

Applications are open for WPO members in good standing who:

• Are economically independent
• Have a business as the result of entrepreneurial growth
• Provide financial benefits to staff through their business
• Demonstrates leadership and support of other businesswomen in their community

The award will be presented at the 2025 EEF in San Antonio, TX, USA and the winner must be in attendance to receive the award. Self-nominations from members are accepted, as well as nominations for members from Chapter Chairs or other members.

Updating WPO Member Data

We would love your help in gathering updated demographic and business information for our members by March 31, 2025. Accurate data allows us to better serve our members, tailor resources, and advocate effectively for women business leaders.

Please encourage members to login HERE and navigate to "My WPO" at the top of the screen and then "My Profile" from the dropdown. On this page, members can update their company and personal information by clicking on the pencil icon in the upper right corner.

The most important fields we need updated are hidden from public view in the directory. This information feeds into our records behind the scenes but is not viewable to any members or Chairs. We would also love it if you - our Chairs - updated your birthdate as well, so that we had your birthdays on file to celebrate! 😊

• Company annual revenues

A good practice could be to set aside a few minutes to do this at your next meeting. If your members need assistance logging in, please direct them to Head Office so we can help them with their accounts.
