We are very excited to see you all in San Antonio very soon for the Entrepreneurial Excellence Forum (EEF)! As a preview for our upcoming CC training (May 5 - 6, 2025) preceding the EEF, please find below some information that we are thrilled to be sharing with you all.

The theme of CC training this year is Connection & Celebration. Chapter Chairs always rank connection with Chairs very high in our feedback. We have listened to this, and designed training intentionally based on what has been asked for. This training will have an emphasis on peer-facilitated learning, with various opportunities to connect and learn from one another.

Highlights of the training include:

The WPO Meeting Model

As many of you know, the training this year will introduce the new WPO Meeting Model and train all of you on the new process for WPO meetings. The new method may have familiar pieces to you all, however, the new model is completely branded to WPO, including new terminology and tools, and we are excited to share it with you all.

Please note: we introduced the 1st step of this model (Member Update Form) during the Q1 virtual training this past January. As a prerequisite, please be sure to have watched this training before the morning of training on Monday, May 5th. We will dive right into the next section of the meeting model this day, so we thank you all in advance for coming prepared!

The Power of the WPO Meeting Model: The WPO Meeting Model is a structured, transformative framework that cultivates trust, authenticity, vulnerability, and meaningful connections among women business leaders. More than just a meeting, it provides a confidential space where members integrate both their personal and professional experiences, fostering deep discussions that drive impact.

With the new meeting model, we will be introducing new terminology and language that we will begin to use with the new model. We cannot wait to share more with you all!
