Follow-Up
- IMPORTANT: Member Payment Changes for 2026:
- Automating Member Payments – Effective Feb. 1, 2026
- New renewal process (effective Feb. 1): Renewal invoices will be sent on the 1st of each member’s renewal month.
- Advance renewal reminders: Members will receive 30-day and 7-day pre-renewal notices before the invoice goes out—so they can flag any changes ahead of the invoice.
- Pay from the portal: Members can pay directly from the member portal and update/switch their card on file anytime.
- Chapter Chair notes/action items:
- Please encourage your members to save a credit card for their upcoming renewal. The 30-day & 7-day reminders will have steps for how to do this. Having a card on file for auto-payment will ensure a seamless renewal for your members.
- Upcoming application pipeline automation (not live yet): we are working on adding automated follow-up emails to our application pipeline. Chairs will receive reminders regarding applications we are waiting for start dates from. We’ll let you know more before this goes live.
- New Member Processing & Dec. Holidays: Please submit start-date forms by Dec. 17 so we can invoice new members before the office closes Dec. 23-Jan. 2 (back in office Jan. 5)
- Reminder: Members must be paid to attend meetings/events.
- WPO Head Office Holiday Closure
- The WPO Office will close for the holidays at 1pm ET on Dec. 23, 2025, and will reopen at 10am ET on Jan. 5, 2026. Happy Holidays!😊
