Surprised this topic hasn't had more momentum in the months since the inspiring keynote! I ended up taking my team through the Flywheel exercise as described by Jim in his talk. It was a great exercise and got the team on the same page beautifully. However, now that we've rated our success on each of the flywheel elements, I'm a bit stuck. Has anyone had success working from here (e.g., tackling assessing and improving lowest scoring elements)? Any/all advice and tips would be so welcome! Thanks in advance, Katrina
